BUSINESS CO-PILOT


I accompany Business Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Intrapreneurs & Change-makers to close the gap between where they currently are and where they want to be.

If you want to advance quicker than doing it alone, I act as an external experienced reflective sounding board, outside of your natural peers (colleagues/boards), allowing for a more expansive growth.

The objective is to work with you on clarifying your goals, aligning to you purpose, defining and executing your strategy whilst growing your resourcefulness, relationships and perspectives. This includes taking actionable steps, with accountability and review, towards achieving your growth, mindset shifts and your success.

I have depth of experience in international leadership, transformation and turnarounds, partnerships, enterprise sales, marketing and cross-team working within Corporate and Startups. Many of my clients have said they need an experienced, authentic peer when sharing and exploring their business-related topics and challenges. Especially when counsel, sounding-out, challenge, privacy and empathy are required.

As a result, you will become more aware of the vast array of your resources, options, perspectives and any limiting beliefs or traits that you may, or may not be, aware of and conform to. Ultimately you will gain tools and grow your own self-awareness so you can take ownership of your challenges, embrace them and be your own coach!



I coach clients from around the world, subject to my CET timezone. Most of my clients prefer audio-visual approaches and some audio only. I am comfortable with either, indoors or out.


All interactions are considered strictly private and confidential, with appropriate GPDR policies.


I recognise that when exploring something as intimate and impactful as coaching, the "fit" between client and coach should be tested prior to any commitments. I offer a free introductory call as a part of this, out of mutual respect.
